5This vegan cheese melts. It tastes a little weird but is delicious. Follow Your Heart nacho, as you might predict, makes excellent nachos (microwave). It's also interesting when used for mac and cheese or to top a baked potato. Basically, the nacho flavor is the Vegan Gourmet cheddar with chunks of peppers in it and some spices throughout. This makes it a little softer and more crumbly than the other flavors.
