This vegan cheese melts. It tastes a little weird but is delicious. Follow Your Heart cheddar makes excellent nachos (microwave) and great mac & cheese (oven or stove top). It makes decent chili-cheese dips, and it’s tasty when shredded on salads or potatoes. This is one of the best vegan cheeses on the market today, and I actually prefer it to casein-containing brands of soy cheddar I’ve had in the past. It’s kinda pricy but worth every penny.
