Earth Balance tastes very much like Soy Garden, but Soy Garden is a bit better. Earth Balance works great for spreading, frying, melting, and baking. This is a tasty and functional trans-fat-free vegan margarine. I don’t, however, like the whipped texture. It feels funny on a knife, and in my belly.
