4Yes, alone they almost taste like cardboard. But their crunch is ridiculously satisfying. Bran Buds are a perfect topping for sundaes, fruit cobblers, pies, pudding, oatmeal, etc. And they're pretty tasty in a bowl with chocolate almond milk too.
