5Excellent veggie bacon. Smart Bacon is delicious right out of the package. I like to put it on sandwiches or tear it up and mix it with cream sauces; it makes a mean S.O.S. When eaten right from the package, it tastes a bit like dried beef. Fry it in a pan with some oil or non-stick spray, and it will get wonderfully crispy and taste like bacon. I think it’s extra good when fried with a bit of garlic powder. This versatile veggie bacon is just amazing.
